中西医结合治疗小儿过敏性紫癜及对免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中西医结合方案治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果及对患儿免疫功能的影响。方法 55例过敏性紫癜患儿,以随机数字表法分为对照组(27例)及观察组(28例)。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予中西医结合方案治疗。对比两组患儿的临床疗效及免疫功能指标情况。结果观察组患儿治疗总有效率为92.9%,高于对照组的70.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿的24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞、血尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿N-乙酰半胱氨酸(NAC)酶对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的24 h尿蛋白、尿红细胞、血尿素氮、血清肌酐、尿NAC酶均低于本组治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规西医方案结合化瘀降浊汤能有效提升小儿过敏性紫癜的治疗效果,对患儿免疫功能改善亦有积极作用,值得临床推广。Objective To research the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of children with allergic purpura and its influence on immune function of children. Methods A total of 55 children with allergic purpura were divided into control group for 27 cases and observation group for 28 cases according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional western medicine, the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The clinical efficacy and immune function indicators between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.9%, which was significantly higher than 70.4% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment, there were no significant differences in 24-hour urinary protein, urinary red blood cells, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine and urinary N-acetylcysteine（NAC） enzyme between the two groups（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the 24-hour urinary protein, urinary red blood cells, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, urinary NAC enzyme in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Conventional western medicine combined with Huayu Jiangzhuo Decoction can effectively improve the treatment effect of children with allergic purpura, also has a positive role on the improvement of immune function of children, is worthy of clinical promotion.
