摘  要:为揭示拉萨河城区段夏、秋季藻类群落结构特征及其与水环境之间的关系,2015年8月和11月在拉萨河城区段设置5个样点20个水样。采用PFU采集水样,活体观察法鉴定物种,直接计数法计数藻类数量。共鉴定出藻类56种,隶属于4门6纲11目16科28属,其中夏季藻类54种,秋季38种。夏季和秋季的优势门类依次为硅藻门、绿藻门、蓝藻门,表明拉萨河城区段为贫营养型水体。平均多样性指数较高(夏季2.68,秋季2.37),优势度指数不明显,说明拉萨河城区段夏、秋季藻类物种分布较均匀,群落结构稳定。藻类群落参数和水体主要理化因子二元变量相关性分析结果显示,夏、秋季影响藻类群落结构的主要理化因子分别为p H和水温。根据藻类群落参数和水体理化指标,对拉萨河城区段水体质量进行综合评价,结果显示,拉萨河城区段夏、秋季水环境质量总体为轻污染,表明拉萨河城区段水环境整体状况良好。The characteristics of algae community structure and its relationship with water quality in summerand autumn at urban section of the Lhasa River were studied with 5 sampling sites and 4 replicates in August2015 and November 2015 respectively by using method of the‘PFU'.The microscopic observation method in vi-vo was applied for algae species identification,and the number of algae species was counted by direct countingmethod.A total of 56 species of algae was identified,among them there were 54 species in summer and 38 in au-tumn respectively.Bacillariophyta,Chlorophyta,and Cyanophyta were the dominant phylas both in summer andautumn,which indicates that the water quality was oligotrophic in the sampling sites.The mean Shannon-Wie-ner diversity index was relatively high(2.68 in summer and 2.37 in autumn),and the dominant index was not ap-parent,which indicates that algae species are more evenly distributed in summer and autumn and the communitystructure was stable in the study area.The result of correlation analysis between the algae community structureand major environmental factors suggested that the p H and water temperature were the major factors influencingalgae community structure in both seasons.The water quality was evaluated by characteristics of biological pa-rameters of algae community combining with physical and chemical factors of water.The result showed that thewater quality at the urban section of the Lhasa River was generally light pollution in both seasons.This indicatedthat the water environment at the urban section of the Lhasa River is in good condition as a whole.
