摘　　要：严洁教授是湖湘针灸名家,通过收集整理严教授的相关论文论著,对其学术思想及临证经验进行总结:严教授在针灸学术上继承创新,古今结合,提出"经脉-脏腑肽能神经相关"学说;临证强调辨经施治,选穴精当,突出经穴主治特异性;针药并用,注重辨证,通过内外合治以求固本;博采众法,融西贯中,创立诸多特色疗法,引领了湖湘五经配伍针推学术流派的发展。Professor Yan Jie is a famous acupuncturist in Hunan. This paper summarizes Professor Yan＇s academic thinking and clinical experience by collecting and organizing her papers and works. Professor Yan inherits and develops acupuncture theory.She combines ancient and modern theories and proposes the theory of ＂meridian-viscera peptidergic nerve con＇elation＂. She emphasizes meridian difterentiation-based treatment and chooses appropriate acupoints in clinical treatment, which features the specificity of mericlians ancl aeupoints. She combines acupuncture with meclieine ancl pays great attention to syndrome clifferentiation.She also combines internal ancl external therapies to consolidate constitution She adopts many methods ancl is goocl at both Chinese and Western medicine. She establishes many distinctive therapies. She leads the development of Huxiang acupuncture ancl massage academic school with ＂the combination of five meridians＂.
