摘　　要：本文以日本东洋工程公司为乙烯生产装置提供的配套发电工程的EPC项目为例,对EPC总承包项目中的管理细节进行了探讨,分析了在工程中人员管理、工程准备、设备管理等方面一些细节问题对于工程效率和工程质量的影响,以期为类似工程提供参考。Taking the EPC project “the auxiliary power generation project of ethylene production unit”as an example, the paper has a discussion of the management details in the EPC project, and analyses the influence of details on personnel management, engineering preparation and equipment management to engineering efficiency and engineering quality.
