摘　　要：目的:建立气相色谱(GC)法同时测定炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂中薄荷脑和苯酚的含量,为炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂质量控制提供可靠的分析方法。方法:以樟脑为内标,95%乙醇为溶剂,Agilent DB-624毛细管柱(30m×320μm,1.8μm)为色谱柱,载气为氮气,柱温140℃,进样口温度为240℃,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)温度为250℃,分流比为10∶1,进样量1μl。结果:薄荷脑、苯酚浓度分别在69.97～129.95μg/ml(r=0.999 1)和141.75～263.25μg/ml(r=0.999 2)范围内与内标的峰面积呈良好线性关系。薄荷脑和苯酚的平均回收率分别为(103.35±1.14)%和(103.16±0.95)%(n=9)。结论:该方法简便、可行、重复性好,可用于炉甘石薄荷脑洗剂的质量控制。Objective ： To establish a gas chromatography （GC） method for simuhaneous determination of the contents of menthol and phenol in ealanline menthol lotion ,in order to provide a refiable method for quality control of calamine menthol lo tion .Methods ： Camphor was used as the internal standard and the solvent was 95% ethanol .Separation was carried out on an Agilent DB 624 capillary column （30 m × 320 μm, 1.8 μm ） with nitrogen as the carrier gas .The column temperature was 140℃ and the injection port and flame ionization detector temperatures were 240 ℃ and 250 ℃ ,respectively .The split ratio was 10 ： 1 and the injection volume was 1/21 .Results ：The contents of menthol and phenol in the ranges of 69.97 129.95μg/ml （r=0. 999 1 ） and 141.75 263.25 μg/ml （r=0.999 2 ） showed a good linear relationship with the peak area of internal standard . The average reeovery rates of menthol and phenol were （103.35±1.14）% and （103.16±0.95）^ （n=9 ）,respectively .Conclusion： The established method is simple, feasible and reproducible, and could be used for quafity control of calamine menthol lotion.
