摘　　要：改造罪犯成为社会适格公民是具有中国特色监狱行刑工作的一般价值追求,也是新中国建立以来我国监狱工作的主要目标,并取得了巨大成就. 在新时代社会主义法治建设中,也具有举足轻重的地位. 现代监狱行刑以促进罪犯再社会化,顺利回归法治秩序社会为最终目标,罪犯的刑罚与改造需要更加科学、合理与有效. 在现有制度与秩序下,科学设计罪犯行刑期间,合理安排罪犯教育改造内容,积极提升罪犯改造绩效,实现监狱行刑法律与社会效益,是现代监狱行刑的主要任务.其核心内容是,根据人的假设理论,按照罪犯刑罚羁押期限,科学划分罪犯改造流程期间.在每个期间,以一般罪犯心理变化为基础,以期间时间与环境变迁为线体,以罪犯认知与改造质量为根本,坚持改造即学习的原则,制定针对性的监管与改造措施,实施因人施教,项目化矫正,促进罪犯改造主客体一致,增强罪犯自我改造的效率,实现监狱行刑目的.As a kind of general value orientations of prison execution with Chinese characteristics, as well as animportant goal of prison work in China since the founding of New China, remolding prisoners into sociallyappropriate citizens has made great achievements and it also plays an significant role in socialist legalconstruction in the new era. The ultimate goal of the execution of modern prisons is to promote the socialization ofprisoners, and make the social order return to the rule of law. Therefore, the punishment and remolding for theprisoners should be more scientific, reasonable and effective. The main tasks of modern prison execution arescientifically design the course of prisoners execution, rationally arrange the content of prisoners remolding, andactively improve the performance of prisoners, so as to achieve legal and social benefits of prison execution.Scientifically divided the course of the prisoners remolding process according to their custody period is the core ofit. It is necessary to insist the principle of remolding is learning, take some targeted supervision and remoldingmeasures, and carry out project-oriented remolding based on the prisoners cognition and remolding quality withthe changes of prisoners’ psychology, time course and environment, to promote the remolding subject inaccordance with the object, enhance the efficiency of prisoners’ self-remolding, and achieve the purpose of prisonexecution.
