摘　　要：如何创新管理模式以激发科研团队的创新精神,成为目前医院管理层必须面对的问题。首都医科大学宣武医院在科研管理模式方面积极探索创新,围绕科研团队建设、成果转化平台搭建及国家政策落地与宣讲等方面,多措并举,持续改进,促进医学成果转化。经过三年的探索实践,在创新的管理机制引导和推动下,我院科研团队不断扩大,培养出一批具有转化意识的科研骨干;高价值专利逐年增多,国际专利实现零的突破;成果转化成效凸显,多项专利通过技术转让所取得经济效益创历史新高。How to innovate the management mode to stimulate the innovative spirit of the scientific research team has become a problem that the hospital management must face. Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University has actively explored the innovation of scientific research management mode, which includes the building of research team, the platform construetion for technology transformation, and the implementation and interpretation of government policies. After three years of practice, research teams in our hospital are expanding, high -value patents are increasing, and many patents have achieved economic efficiency through technology transfer.
