宜昌市某公立医院支付宝和微信支付应用现状及问题分析

摘　　要：随着互联网科学技术发展,移动支付平台的应用已经从电子商务领域逐步向医疗卫生领域渗透。经过分析宜昌市某公立医院上线的"掌上智慧医院",发现公立医院移动支付的推广及应用,能够有效改善患者的就医体验,助力医改进程。通过对比分析微信和支付宝在公立医院应用现状,对移动支付带来的问题进行了阐释,并提出了具体的应对措施。With the development of science and technology, the application of mobile payment has expanded from E - commerce to the medical sector. Taking a public hospital of Yichang as an example, the article finds that the application of mobile payment in public hospitals will improve patients＇ medical treatment experience effectively and accelerate the healthcare reform Through comparison and analysis of the current application of Wechat pay and Alipay in hospital, the article illustrates the problems brought by mobile payment and offers solution to them.
