我院2013—2017年住院病人疾病统计分析

摘　　要：目的对我院2013年1月1日—2017年12月31日的住院病人进行统计分析,为有针对性地加强相关疾病的防治、专科建设和人才培养、合理配置卫生资源以及今后医院工作的重点和医疗技术发展的方向提供理论依据。方法主要诊断疾病按国际疾病分类(ICD-10)标准,用excel建立数据库,运用SUM等函数公式进行整理、汇总,并对住院病人主要诊断疾病的情况进行分析。结果 5年住院病人疾病构成排序前10位疾病是我院主要病种来源,其中循环系统疾病、肌肉骨骼系统和结缔组织疾病、妊娠、分娩和产褥期、损伤、中毒和外因的某些其他后果、消化系统疾病居前5位。结论加强医院管理,发挥中医特色优势,加大重点专科专病如骨科、康复科、脑病科建设的力度,提升医疗服务水平和救治能力。Objective To strengthen the prevention and treatment of related diseases, specialty construction, talent training, distribution of health resources, provide evidence for hospital development by analyzing the inpatients in our hospital from Jan. 1,2013 to Dee. 31, 2017. Methods Code primary diagnostics into ICD10, use SUM function to analyze diagnosis of inpatients. Results During 2013 -2017, the top 10 diseases were the main diseases in our hospital, top 5 including Disease of the circulatory system, diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue, pregnancy, child birth and the puerperium, injury, poisoning and certain other consequences of external causes, diseases of the digestive system. Conclusion Strengthen hospital management, take the advantages of TCM characteristics, strengthen the construction of special department such as orthopedics, rehabilitation and cncephalopathy and improve medical service and treatment level.
