摘 要:含蜡原油在析蜡点以下随温度降低,蜡不断结晶析出,储能模量、耗能模量增大,损耗角减小。目前,已有关系式对含蜡原油降温过程中黏弹性参数的描述效果均不理想。为此,研究利用胜利原油和苏丹原油观察及测量不同降温速率下蜡晶图像及黏弹性参数,发现降至相同温度时,蜡晶数量及面积随降温速率的增大而降低,储能模量、耗能模量随降温速率增大而减小,且随降温速率增大,不同温度条件下损耗角减小,胶凝温度下降,也即原油的析蜡及胶凝特性表现有"滞后性";并发现相对储能模量和相对耗能模量的0.4次幂与累积析蜡量之间呈线性相关。在此基础上提出一个新的弹性模量、耗能模量与累积析蜡量关系的拟合关系式,并利用实验数据对关系式进行了验证,结果表明关系式拟合效果较好,并且关系式中参数可分别表征不同原油物性及降温速率的影响。Wax crystals start to precipitate when crude oil is cooled to temperatures below precipitation points, and its storage modulus/loss modulus increase and loss angle decreases. The current models cannot properly describe the viscoelastic parameters of waxy crude oil during cooling processes. Wax crystal images and viscoelastic parameters of Shengli crude oil and Sudan crude oil were measured under different cooling rates. The results show that when the temperature decreases, the quantity and area of wax crystals, storage modulus and loss modulus decrease when the cooling rate increases. Moreover, both loss angle and gelling temperature decrease when the cooling rate increases. Therefore, wax precipitation and gelation of crude oil show "hysteresis". 0.4 power of relative storage modulus and relative loss modulus show linear relationship with cumulative wax precipitation. A model containing storage modulus, loss modulus and cumulative wax precipitation was proposed, and its parameters were determined by experimental results fitting. The results show that the model can well describe the experimental results and its parameters can be used to describe the effects of different crude oils and cooling rates.
