摘  要:酮洛芬是2-芳基丙酸类非甾体抗炎药物,药理研究表明只有S-酮洛芬才有抗炎抗风湿以及镇痛作用,因此,酮洛芬对映体的拆分具有重要的实用意义。以手性离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑L-色氨酸([Bmim][L-Trp])作为手性选择剂,研究了酮洛芬对映体在溶有手性选择剂的甲醇水溶液和有机溶剂两相萃取体系中的分配行为。考察了有机溶剂的种类,手性选择剂的浓度,药物浓度,水相pH及甲醇含量等因素对分离效果的影响。结果表明,以1,2-二氯乙烷作为有机溶剂,水相中[Bmim][L-Trp]和药物浓度分别为0.04 mol?L-1和100 ppm,pH为2.0,甲醇体积分数为10%时,萃取分离效果较好,选择性系数可达1.30。Ketoprofen is an aromatic ketone propionic acid and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug. Since only S-ketoprofen shows effects on anti-inflammation, anti-rheumatism and analgesia, enantioseparation of ketoprofen enantiomers has important practical value. Distribution of ketoprofen enantiomers in an extraction system was investigated, and the system was composed of organic solvents and a methanol aqueous solution containing chiral ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazole L-tryptophan([Bmim][L-Trp]). Effects of organic solvents, chiral extractant concentration, ketoprofen enantiomers concentration, pH of methanol aqueous solution and methanol concentration on enantioseparation were studied. The results show that enantioselectivity up to 1.30 can be obtained when 1,2-dichloroethane is used as the organic solvent, and the volume fraction of methanol in the aqueous solution is 10%, the aqueous solution pH is 2.0 and the concentration of [Bmim][L-Trp] and racemic ketoprofen are 0.04 mol?L-1 and 100 ppm, respectively.
