摘 要:目的建立活血巴布剂的质量控制标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴定处方中地肤子、黄柏、天南星、地鳖虫等药味,采用超高效液相色谱法对处方中有效成分虎杖苷进行含量测定。结果活血巴布剂中地肤子、黄柏、天南星、地鳖虫薄层色谱斑点显色清晰;虎杖苷的加样回收率为95. 03%,RSD为0. 45%(n=6),3批样品的平均含量为10. 79 mg,RSD为0. 49%(n=3)。结论该方法简便可行,能很好地控制活血巴布剂的质量。Objective To establish the quality standard of Huoxue Cataplasm. Methods TLC method was adopted for identification of Fruetus Koehiae, Phellodeudrou Chiueusis Cortex, Rhizoma Arisaematis, Eupolyphaga siueusis in the prescription. HPLC method was used to determine the content of polydatin in the prescription. Results The TLC spots of Fructus Kochiae, Phellodeudrou Chiueusis Cortex, Rhizoma Arisaematis, Eupolyphaga siueusis in Huoxue Cataplasm were clear. The recovery rates of polydatin was 95.03% and RSD was 0.45% (u=6).The average value of the three batches of samples was 10.79 mg and RSD was 0.49% (u=3).Conclusion This method is simple and feasible, which can eft)ctively control the quality of Huoxue Cataplasm.
