摘　　要：目的探讨术后浅层X线放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法自2016年4月至2017年4月,选择已接受手术切除的172例瘢痕疙瘩患者(263个手术部位),术后24 h内接受首次浅层X线放射治疗。剂量分割方式:每天1次,每次5 Gy照射,连续治疗4 d。治疗结束后随访观察,并评价治疗效果、不良反应和复发率等。结果浅层X线放射治疗的总有效率为92.8%(244/263);按病变区域分析,头颈区总有效率94.6%(106/112),躯干区总有效率91.5%(86/94),四肢区总有效率91.3%(52/57)。本组患者均未发现严重不良反应。结论手术切除联合术后浅层X线放射治疗瘢痕疙瘩是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of postoperative superficial X-ray radiotherapy for keloids. Methods From April 2016 to April 2017, a total of 172 patients who underwent surgical resection of keloids were enrolled （263 lesions）, and were given postoperative superficial X-ray radiotherapy within 24 hours. Each patient got 5 Gy/fraction/day for 4 days. Effectiveness, adverse reactions and recurrence rates were observed and evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the superficial X-ray radiotherapy was 92.8% （244/263）. According to the lesion area analysis, the total effective rate of face and neck area, trunk area and limb area was 94.6% （106/112）, 91.5% （86/94）, and 91.3% （52/57） respectively. No serious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion Surgical resection combined with superficial X-ray radiotherapy is a safe and effective method for keloid treatment.
