摘 要:目的设计婴幼儿手部整复术后漫画式情境健康教育手册,探讨其临床应用的效果。方法选取在我科行手部整复手术的60例患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组(每组30例),对照组给予传统口头宣教,试验组在对照组基础上应用婴幼儿手部整复术后漫画式情境健康教育手册。比较两组患儿家长对术后护理宣教知识的掌握情况。结果试验组家长术后宣教内容掌握情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与传统的口头健康宣教相比,漫画式情境健康教育手册能有效地促进患儿家长对术后护理宣教内容的记忆及掌握。Objective To design a comic-style health education pamphlet on infants' postoperative care after hand surgery, and to investigate its clinical application. Methods Sixty child patients who received reconstructive hand surgery were included. In accordance with the random number table, the patients were divided into 2 groups with thirty patients each: experimental group and control group. The control group was treated with traditional oral health education, while the experimental group was introduced an additional comic-style pamphlet regarding postoperative care. Parents' feedbacks of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The parents of the experimental group mastered the contents of postoperative education significantly better than the control group (P〈0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Compared with traditional oral-only health education, the comic-style education pamphlet is a better way to enhance parents' understanding and memorizing of postoperative care.
