用盐酸氨基葡萄糖对31例膝关节腔内出血所致膝关节软骨损伤患者进行治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 :探讨用盐酸氨基葡萄糖对31例膝关节腔内出血所致膝关节软骨损伤患者进行治疗的效果。方法 :选取成都市第五人民医院收治的62例膝关节腔内出血所致膝关节软骨损伤患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同,将这62例患者分为对照组和观察组。用双氯芬酸钠对对照组患者进行治疗,用盐酸氨基葡萄糖对观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的各项临床指标。结果 :治疗后,观察组患者中膝关节软骨功能为0级～ⅡA级患者所占的比例高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者TNF-α和IL-6的水平均低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。在用药期间,两组患者不良反应的发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 :用盐酸氨基葡萄糖对膝关节腔内出血所致膝关节软骨损伤患者进行治疗的效果显著,可有效地改善其膝关节软骨的功能,降低其TNF-α和IL-6的水平,且用药的安全性较高。Objective： To investigate the therapeutic effect of glucosamine hydrochloride（glucosamine hydrochloride） on 31 patients with cartilage injury of knee joint caused by intracavitary hemorrhage. Methods： a total of 62 cases of cartilage injury caused by intracavitary hemorrhage of knee joint were selected as the study objects. According to different treatment methods, the 62 patients were divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group were treated with diclofenac sodium and patients in the observation group were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride. Results： after treatment, the observation group in patients with knee joint cartilage function levels of 0 ～ Ⅱ A patient proportion is higher than the control group（P 0.05）. After treatment, TNF-and il-6 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P 0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the administration（P 0.05）. Conclusion： the efficacy of glucosamine hydrochloride in the treatment of patients with cartilage injury of knee joint caused by intracavitary hemorrhage is remarkable, which can effectively improve the function of knee joint cartilage, reduce the level of TNF-, il-6, and the safety of medication is higher.
