摘　　要：目的 :探究用胸腔镜下肺叶切除术对老年肺部疾病患者进行治疗的效果。方法 :对2013年5月至2017年12月在溧阳市人民医院进行肺叶切除术的42例老年肺部疾病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。将这42例患者分为观察组(20例)和对照组(22例)。为观察组患者采用胸腔镜下肺叶切除术进行治疗,为对照组患者采用开胸肺叶切除术进行治疗。然后对比两组患者住院的时间、使用抗生素的时间、切口的长度、手术的时间和术中的出血量。结果 :观察组患者住院的时间[(12.26±4.94)d]、使用抗生素的时间[(4.87±0.67)d]、切口的长度[(5.17±0.15)cm]、手术的时间[(92.33±19.21)min]均短于对照组患者,其术中的出血量[(167.47±25.62)ml]少于对照组患者,P <0.05。结论 :用胸腔镜下肺叶切除术对老年肺部疾病患者进行治疗的效果显著,具有切口小、手术的时间短、患者术后恢复快等优点。objective： to explore the efficacy of thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary diseases. Methods： retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 42 elderly patients with lung diseases who underwent lobectomy in liyang people＇s hospital from May 2013 to December 2017. The 42 patients were divided into observation group（20 cases） and control group（22 cases）. Patients in the observation group were treated with thoracoscopic lobectomy and patients in the control group were treated with open lobectomy. The two groups were then compared for length of hospital stay, duration of antibiotic use, length of incision, duration of surgery and intraoperative blood loss. Results： the duration of hospitalization（12.26 ＋ 4.94 d）, duration of antibiotics（4.87 ＋ 0.67） d）, length of incision（5.17 ＋ 0.15 cm）, and duration of surgery（92.33 ＋ 19.21） min were all shorter in the observation group than in the control group, and the intraoperative blood loss（167.47 ＋ 25.62 ml） was less than in the control group, P 0.05. Conclusion： thoracoscopic lobectomy is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with pulmonary diseases. It has advantages of small incision, short operation time and rapid postoperative recovery.
