摘　　要：目的调查社会化护理工作在消毒过程中的实际效果。方法规范制度、节省成本、增加护士的教学和培训工作、更改工作模式,进行集中管理、提升消毒供应之中的细节管理,提升整个科室的护理质量。结果消毒供应中心的满意程度显著提升,护士有很高的责任感以及服务意识,整体的素质显著提升,能和临床科室保证很好的关系,提升沟通能力。结论进行社会化护理服务,能够完善消毒供应中心的管理执行制度,有效地防治院内传染,节省供应成本,效果明显。Objective To investigate the actual effect of socialization nursing in disinfection process. Methods To standardize the system, to save cost, to increase the teaching and training work of nurses, to change the working mode, to carry out centralized management and to improve the detail management in the disinfection supply, so as to improve the nursing quality of the whole department. Results The satisfaction degree of the disinfection supply center has been greatly improved. The nurses have a high sense of responsibility and service, and the overall quality has improved significantly. It can guarantee a good relationship with the clinical department and improve the communication ability. Conclusion Socialized nursing services can improve the management and implementation system of disinfection and supply centers, effectively prevent and control the infection in the hospital, save the cost of supply and the effect is obvious.
