摘　　要：目的探讨新疆维吾尔族孕妇剖宫产术后母体并发症的发生类型及原因分析、防治对策、降低并发症发生率的措施。方法回顾性分析新疆维吾尔自治区岳普湖县人民医院产科施行剖宫产手术后发生并发症48例维吾尔族孕妇的临床资料。结果维吾尔族孕妇剖宫产术后发生并发症48例,术中大出血8例,是剖宫产最常见的并发症;术后腹壁切口、子宫切口感染及愈合不良、产褥期感染16例,术后感染在我院剖宫产并发症发生率最高,达33.3%。结论严格掌握剖宫产适应证,适时进行剖宫产手术,正确合理的防治对策是减少并发症发生的重要措施。Objective To explore the types and causes of maternal complications after cesarean section in xinjiang uygur autonomous region, and measures to reduce the incidence of complications. Methods A retrospective analysis of obstetric Yopurga county of Xinjiang uygur autonomous region People＇s hospital cesarean section surgery complications after the clinical data of 48 cases of uygur women. Results 16 cases of puerperal infection, the incidence of postoperative infection in our hospital was the highest, reaching 33.3%. Conclusion Strict control of the indications of cesarean section, measures are important measures to reduce the occurrence of complications.
