摘　　要：目的分析心脏瓣膜置换术后早期低血钾症原因及护理对策。方法抽取30例心脏瓣膜置换术后早期低血钾症患者给予探讨,根据其相关的病因,进而采取针对性的护理干预,观察临床效果。结果经过观察,30例低血钾症患者均康复出院,全部治愈,适合临床的广泛应用。结论针对心脏瓣膜置换术早期低钾血症患者进行研究,根据相关因素,进行开展针对性的护理干预,获得了显著的效果,30例患者全部出院,预后较好,生活质量获得显著的改善,适合临床的推广与应用。Objective To analyze the causes and nursing strategies of early hypokalemia after cardiac valve replacement. Methods 30 patients with early hypokalemia after cardiac valve replacement were selected and discussed according to their etiology. Results 30 patients with hypokalemia recovered and were discharged from hospital after observation, all of them were cured. Conclusion For the patients with hypokalemia in the early stage of cardiac valve replacement, the nursing intervention was carried out according to the relevant factors. The results showed that all the 30 patients were discharged from hospital and the prognosis was good. The quality of life has been significantly improved, which is suitable for clinical promotion and application.
