摘　　要：由于世界人口老龄化已日趋明显,我国人口老龄化进程也日渐加快,老年人的心理健康问题和生活质量已日益成为全社会的热点问题。目前全世界大约有50多个国家和地区已经进入老龄化社会,这已成为21世纪各国面临的重要社会问题。我国现有老年人口1亿多人,为全世界老年人口的1/5,我国人口老龄化程度的加快,已逐见引起了全社会的重视,同时关注老年人群的心理健康状况更是一项社会及国家需要面对的问题。Mental health is the overall evaluation of personal life, It involves the self-concept of cognition and emotion as well as the subjective field of mental health. With the progress and development of society. The aging of the world＇s population has become increasingly obvious.
