“麦芽糖”APP在2型糖尿病患者延续护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨"麦芽糖"APP应用于2型糖尿病患者延续护理中的效果。方法将符合纳入标准的120例2型糖尿病患者随机分为试验组和对照组各60例。对照组采用电话随访和来院回访进行延续护理,试验组则在对照组基础上应用"麦芽糖"APP进行延续护理。结果干预6个月后,试验组患者血糖、血脂等各项生化指标、自我管理能力均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于"麦芽糖"APP对2型糖尿病患者进行延续护理,有助于改善其代谢指标,提高其自我管理能力。Objective To explore the effect of the ＂Maltose＂ APP applied in the transitional care of type 2 diabetes patients. Methods A total of 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group used telephone follow-up and hospital visits, while the experimental group used the ＂maltose＂APP on the basis of the control group. Results After 6 months＇ intervention, the blood glucose, blood lipids other biochemical indicator, self-management capability in the experimental group patients were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Based on ＂Maltose＂ APP type 2 diabetes patients transitional care model, we could improve the patients＇ biochemical indicators、self-management capability.
