摘　　要："双一流"建设作为国家重要战略部署对地方高水平大学的转型与发展将起到很强的推动作用。深刻反思河北省在争创"双一流"建设过程中的短板,分析影响河北省"双一流"建设进程的重要因素,提出通过"两个突破"、"三项工程"、"四个保障"三条路径,统筹推进河北省高等教育"双一流"建设。The construction of the dual world classes,world-class university and world-class discipline as an important national strategy will play a crucial role in the transformation and development of regional universities.Therefore,this paper analyzes influential issues of Hebei province and proposes countermeasures.
