论沈家本仕履诗歌中的思想意识

摘　　要：沈家本为官四十余年,写下数量众多的仕履诗歌。他因传统家国教育和家庭环境影响走上仕途,反复出入科场和困守刑部三十年,情绪低落凄凉,曾生退隐之意,然而他始终心怀天下,修律法以救天下,在其诗歌中也可窥见人权思想萌芽发展的历程。在沈家本仕履诗歌中有对仕途的忐忑不安,有低落凄凉,更蕴含着浓厚的忧患意识和家国情怀。For more than forty years, Shen Jiaben wrote a large number of official career poems. He was on his way to official career with the traditional education and family environment. He took the imperial examinations repeated examination many times and stayed in the ministry of penalty for thirty years, feeling depressed and desolate. He wanted to retire, but he cared deeply about his country, to repair the law to save the world. It can also sprout glimpse of human rights thought development in the course of his poems. In Shen Jiaben＇s official career poetry, he was uneasy for his career, and had a low and desolation. It also contained a strong sense of suffering awareness and family consciousness.
