摘 要:福建某铜钼尾矿中主要成分为长石、石英和云母,采用反浮选工艺对其进行了综合回收长石的试验研究。以NaOH作为p H值调整剂、以NaCl作为活化剂,以油酸钠+氧化石蜡皂作为捕收剂,在条件试验确定的最佳工艺参数下,经过一粗两扫的全流程试验,最终可获得K_2O+Na_2O含量为11.23%,产率为40.4%的长石精矿,产品可作为玻璃的低档原料以及钾肥的原料。试验结果为铜钼尾矿的综合利用提供了技术依据。The main components of a copper-molybdenum tailings in Fujian are feldspar, quartz and mica. The reverse flotation process is used to comprehensively recover the feldspar. Using sodium hydroxide as the pH adjuster, sodium chloride as the activator, sodium oleate and oxidized paraffin soap as the collector. Under the optimal process parameters determined by the condition test, after a rough two-sweep full-flow test, the feldspar concentrate with a K20+Na20 content of 11.23% and a yield of 40.4% can be obtained. The product can be used as a low-grade raw material for glass and as a raw material for potash. The experimental results provide a technica basis for the comprehensive utilization of copper-molybdenum tailings.
