摘  要:作为一种新型工程塑料,超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)微孔滤材比一般通用塑料的微孔滤材性能更加优越,同时还兼具分离、隔热、生物移植等独特性能。但UHMWPE熔体特性与一般热塑性塑料的性能不同,成型加工难度较大,因而许多国内外学者一直致力于通过改进成型方法可以更好地获得UHMWPE微孔滤材。粉末烧结法是目前制备UHMWPE微孔滤材最为广泛的方法之一,探讨了粉末烧结法制备UHMWPE微孔滤材的原理和工艺过程,重点介绍了国内外的研究现状以及UHMWPE微孔滤材的应用范围,未来还需要通过自动化程度高、能耗低的新方法进行UHMWPE微孔滤材的成型制备。As a new type of engineering plastics, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) microporous filter material is not only more superior then common plastics, but also with unique properties such as separation, heat insulation, biological transplantation. However, UHMWPE melt characteristics are very different from general thermoplastics, bringing great difficulty to the forming, so many domestic and foreign scholars committe to improving the forming method to better obtain UHMWPE microporous filter material. Sintering is the most widely used method for preparing UHMWPE microporous materials. The principle and process of UHMWPE microporous filter material by sintering are introduced. The research status at home and abroad and the application range of UHMWPE microporous filter material are emphatically introduced. It was pointed out that a new method with high automation and low energy consumption is needed for the preparation of UHMWPE microporous filter material in the future.
