摘 要:分别采用马来酸酐接枝茂金属聚乙烯和马来酸酐接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚弹性体(POE)以及二者的复配物改性聚甲醛(POM),目的是在提高其韧性的基础上进一步降低材料的摩擦系数。研究表明,由2种接枝物按照4∶5的比例组成的复配物既有利于显著改善POM的韧性,平衡材料的力学性能,使POM复合材料的力学性能总体维持在较高的水平,又能获得摩擦系数更低的POM复合材料。各项测试证实,2种接枝物与POM亲和性的增强,是由于极性单元存在,分子间作用力增强。2种接枝物组成的复合组分对POM摩擦系数的影响是由于其对POM成型表面粗糙度的改善,与结晶性和材料的微观结构关系较小。Maleic anhydride grafted metallocene polyethylene and maleic anhydride grafted POE, and the compounds of these grafts were utilized to modify POM. The aim was to reduce the friction coefficient of the composite while improving their toughness. The results showed that the composite composed of two kinds of grafts in accordance with the ratio of 4 : 5 was beneficial to improve the toughness of POM, balance the mechanical properties of the material, and obtain POM composite with lower friction coefficient. The overall mechanical properties of POM composite could be maintained. The tests were proved that the increased affinity of the two grafts with POM resulted from the increased inter molecular forces of polar units; the influence of the combination of these two grafts on the friction coefficient of POM should be attributed to the improvement on the surface roughness of POM molding, but not related to the crystallinity and microstructure of the material.
