摘 要:为了延长工业炉壁面涂层使用寿命,降低热膨胀系数,提高红外发射率,用溶胶凝胶法制备了镍离子掺杂的铝酸镧纯相粉料,然后与铁钴尖晶石以x(尖晶石)+(1-x)LANO的组合进行混合,混合粉料最后与辅料以一定比例相结合,制备出了低膨胀系数、高发射率的红外辐射涂料。热震试验表明,涂层经过50次热震之后,仍无明显破损,抗热震性能良好。并且根据热震之后涂层发射率的高低,选择出了优化配方,确定了混合基料与辅料之间的最佳比例。In order to prolong the service life of industrial furnace wall coating, reduce the thermal expansion coefficient and increase the infrared emissivity, a nickel ion-doped strontium aluminate pure phase powder was prepared by sol-gel method. Then, it is mixed with iron-cobalt spinel in the combination of x(spinel)+(1-x) LANO, and the mixed powder is finally combined with the auxiliary materials in a certain ratio to prepare infrared with low expansion coefficient and Infrared radiation coating with high emissivity.The thermal shock test showed that after 50 thermal shocks, the coating showed no obvious damage and good thermal shock resistance. And according to the level of coating emissivity after thermal shock, the optimized formula was selected to determine the optimal ratio between the mixed base material and the auxiliary material.
