摘  要:用ANSYS软件对取向硅钢环形炉罩内的气氛流动状态进行数值模拟,系统研究了100%N_2、100%H_2、75%H_2+25%N_2、50%H_2+50%N_2四种不同配比的保护气氛在罩内的流动行为。结果表明:不同配比的混合气体明显影响着罩内的速度分布和流动回漩区大小。通过研究罩内气氛的流动行为,为现场罩内气氛工艺的设定提供一定的理论参考。The ANSYS software is used to simulate the atmosphere flow in the rotary furnace inner cover of orientation silicon steel, and the difference of flow behavior in the inner cover with four different proportions(100%N2、100%H2、75%H2+25%N2、50%H2+50%N2) is studied systematically. The results show that the mixture gas of different proportions obviously affects the velocity distribution and the size of the flow back and swirling zone in the inner cover. A theoretical reference for the setting of the atmosphere process is provided through studying the flow behavior of the atmosphere in the inner cover.
