摘  要:对山钢日照钢铁厂5 100 m^3高炉风口平台及出铁场设计的工艺布置、平台结构形式、设备选型、出铁场除尘等特点进行了阐述。5 100 m^3高炉出铁场为双矩形出铁场,设备及渣铁沟对称布置。通过采用汽运铁水罐车运输方式、炉前设备自动控制、平台平坦化设计、自然风冷主沟、新型移盖机、渣铁自动连续测温、主沟温度实时在线监测等先进技术,为炉前操作的自动化、铁口的操作维护、高炉的高产、稳产及长寿得到了可靠保证。The design process layout, platform structure, equipment selection and dust removal of the tuyere platform and casthouse of 5 100 m^3 blast furnace in Rizhao Iron and Steel Works are expounded. The 5 100 m^3 blast furnace casthouse is a double rectangular casthouse, and the equipment and the slag iron grooves are symmetrically arranged. Advanced technologies, such as transportation mode of hot metal tanker truck, automatic control of furnace front equipment, flat design of platform, natural air cooling main ditch,new type cover remover, automatic continuous temperature measurement of slag and iron, real-time and online monitoring of main ditch temperature, are adopted for automation of furnace front operation, operation and maintenance of taphole, high, stable and long life lifting of blast furnace. This is a reliable guarantee.
