废镁碳砖颗粒(1~0 mm)对镁质浇注料性能的影响

摘  要:为了研究钢包废镁碳砖1~0 mm颗粒等量代替镁砂1~0 mm颗粒对镁质浇注料性能的影响,以96%高纯镁砂和艾肯951u硅灰为主要原料制备了镁质浇注料。研究了废镁碳砖1~0 mm颗粒代替量为0%、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、12%、14%对镁质浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:随着废镁碳砖1~0 mm颗粒加入量的增加,试样经低、中、高温度处理后,体密、抗折强度、耐压强度、1 450℃×1 h高温抗折强度逐渐减小,气孔率和线变化率逐渐变大,抗渣渗透性能先增强后减弱。当废镁碳砖1~0 mm颗粒代替量为8%时能够满足使用,且可以降低制品成本。In order to study the effect of additions of waste MgO-C bricks(1-0 mm)on properties of magnesia castables, castables are made by using 96% high purity magnesia and EK951 uf-SiO_2 as raw materials. The substitution of waste MgO-C bricks(1-0 mm)are 0%、2%、4%、6%、8%、10%、12%、14% through replacing magnesia(1-0 mm)by equal weight. The results show that, as waste MgO-C bricks(1-0 mm) addition increasing, after treating with low, medium and high temperature, the density, breaking strength and compressive strength, HMOR by 1 450 ℃ for 1 h of the sample decrease gradually, the porosity and linear change rate increase gradually, and the resistance of slag permeability first increase then decrease. The castables can satisfy the use and reduce the product cost with 8% of waste bricks(1-0 mm) substitution.
