摘　　要：目的:探讨6S管理模式在儿科院内感染中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年6月平阳县人民医院收治的儿科患儿1 000例,按随机数字表法将患儿分为常规组与观察组各500例。常规组给予常规医院感染(以下简称院感)管理模式,观察组在常规组的基础上实施6S管理模式进行院感干预。观察比较两组患儿院感的发生率、抗菌药物合理使用率及物体表面抽检合格率等院感控制情况;对比分析干预前后医务人员手卫生依从率及手卫生正确率;比较两组患儿及家属护理满意度评分情况。结果:观察组患儿院感的发生率1.60%(8/500)明显低于常规组4.00%(20/500);观察组抗菌药物合理使用率94.20%(471/500)及物体表面抽检合格率95.80%(479/500)等院感控制情况均明显优于常规组88.60%(443/500)及91.20%(456/500);干预后医务人员手卫生依从率85.00%(34/40)及手卫生正确率80.00%(32/40)明显优于常规组47.50%(19/40)及42.50%(17/40);观察组患儿及家属护理满意度96.00%(480/500)明显高于常规组89.20%(446/500),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:6S管理模式在儿科院感中的应用,能够降低患儿院感的发生率,有效的改善院感管理质量指标,提高患儿及家属的护理满意度。Objective To explore the application of 6S management model in nosocomial infection of pediatrics department. Methods A total of 1 000 children patients treated in the Pingyang People＇s Hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were assigned routine group（n： 500）and observation group（n= 500）according to the random number table method. Routine hospital management model was adopted in the routine group,while 6S management model was adopted in the observation group for hospital intervention. The incidence of nosocomial infection, the rational use rate of antibacterial and the qualified rate of surface sampling were compared between the two groups. The compliance rate of hand hygiene and the correct rate of hand hygiene were compared and analyzed before and after the intervention. The nursing satisfaction scores of the two groups from children and their family members were also compared. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the children of the observation group was 1.60% （8/500） ,significantly lower than that of the routine group（4.00% ,20/500）. In the observation group,the rational use rate of antibiotics was 94.20% （471/500）and the qualified rate of surface sampling was 95.80 % （479/500）, which were significantly better than those of the conventional group（88.60% ,443/500391.20% ,456/500）. After the intervention, the hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff was 85.00 % （34/40）and the accuracy rate of hand hygiene was 80.00 % （32/40）, which were significantly better than those of the routine group（47.50 %, 19/40342.50 %, 17/40）. The nursing satisfaction of the children and their families in the observation group was 96.00% （480/500） ,also significantly higher than that of the routine group（89. 20%,446/ 500）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.
