摘  要:大庆油田二类油层投入聚驱开发规模不断扩大,以往适应一类油层的单一相对分子质量注入参数设计方法已经不能完全适应油层条件相对较差的二类油层。通过开展水动力学半径表征聚合物分子尺寸方法研究,分析了相对分子质量、注入质量浓度、配制水矿化度对聚合物注入能力的影响,创建了相对分子质量、注入质量浓度、配制水矿化度与可注入渗透率下限函数关系图版,对聚合物驱油机理认识取得了新突破。技术成果应用到21个二类油层区块,注入参数匹配率由85. 5%提高到93. 5%,平均提高采收率14. 65个百分点。Nowadays more and more Class Ⅱ reservoirs have been put into development with the help of the polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield,the designing method of the injecting parameters with single relative molecular mass which were suitable for Class Ⅰ reservoirs are no more completely qualified to adapt themselves to Class Ⅱreservoirs with relatively poor physical properties. By means of the method research on the characterization of the size of the polymer molecule by the hydrodynamic radius,the effects of the relative molecular mass,injected mass concentration and prepared water salinity on the polymer injection capacity were analyzed. Besides,the relationship chart boards between the relative molecular mass,injected mass concentration and prepared water salinity and the minimal limit of the permeability that the polymer can be injected were established,thus a new breakthrough has been made on the understanding of the oil displacing mechanism by the polymer flooding. The technical achievements have been applied to Class Ⅱ reservoirs in the 21 blocks,the matching rate between the injecting parameters increases from 85. 5 % to 93. 5%,and the average recovery is increased by 14. 65 percent points.
