摘　　要：近几年以来,世界各大研究机构一直在对公司企业的管理机制进行研究以期取得突破进展,但事实上管理理念在近代以来都未能取得重大突破,在此背景下,股权结构成为当今社会对管理机制研究的一大重点。我国自二十一世纪起便着手银行改革,愈来愈多的银行竞争上市并进行股权改革,基于这一现象,本文研究了股权结构变化对上市银行业绩的影响。并在本文最后对完善中国上市商业银行的绩效等方面提出了个人的见解与相关的建议。Since the reform and opening up, the social and economic development has been continuously developed.Financial industry gradually becomes more and more important part in society and the national economy, it not only has a huge impact on current situation of economic operation, also played a significant role in the country＇s future.At the same time, in recent years, the world has been the study of the company＇s enterprise management mechanism in order to make breakthroughs, but the reality is that management idea in modern times has made significant breakthrough, under this background, the shareholding structure to become a big focus of the research on management mechanism in today＇s society.Commercial Banks play a more and more important role in the national economy, while commercial Banks＇ establishment is of vital importance to the development of commercial Banks.Since the 21 st century began to banking reform in our country, more and more listed Banks competition and ownership reform, this article is based on the phenomenon of listed Banks ownership structure change influence on its performance were studied.Finally, the paper puts forward some Suggestions on improving the performance of listed commercial Banks in China.
