摘　　要：目的:评价品管圈活动在持续改进门诊药房的药品养护及其质量管理中的效果,以防止药品变质,保证药品质量,确保患者用药的安全性和有效性。方法:应用PDCA循环管理,分析和比较管理前后门诊药房药品管理中各项相关指标的差异。结果:应用PDCA循环管理后,通过6月的人员培训和建立完善的设备养护制度,多维度确保了药品质量;最终药品储存条件的掌握率、药品养护知识的掌握率、储存光线的达标率、储存温度的达标率、高警示药品管理规范率和卫生规范的达标率等指标均达到预期值。结论:开展品管圈活动,有效控制了药品损坏、滥用及过期等情况,保障了医院药房药品的质量和患者用药的安全,提高了临床科室对药品管理工作的满意度。Objective： To evaluate the efficiency of Quality control circle activities in the continuous improvement of drug maintenance and quality management in outpatient pharmacy, to prevent drug deterioration and to ensure drug quality, as wall as to ensure the safety and effectiveness of patient medication. Methods： PDCA circulation management was used to analyze and compare the relative indexes of drug management in outpatient pharmacy before and after management. Results： After the application of PDCA circulation management, the quality of drugs was ensured in multiple dimensions, through the training of personnel for 6 months and the establishment of a complete equipment maintenance system. Finally, drug storage conditions, drug maintenance knowledge, storage light, storage temperature, high warning drug management and health standards all reached the expected value. Conclusions： The activities of quality control circle can effectively control the situation of drug damage, abuse and expiration, ensure the quality of drugs in hospital pharmacy and the safety of drug use by patients, as wall as improve the satisfaction of clinical departments in drug management.
