摘　　要：ICU是救治急危重症患者的病房,含有大量精密的急救仪器。保证这些设备的正常运行是开展治病救人的前提。结合自身工作实践,笔者对ICU仪器设备的安全隐患进行分析。并且提出了ICU仪器设备安全管理与使用的相关措施,比如：完善使用管理制度;强化医护人员的技能培训;加强内部人员的沟通交流;保证ICU病房及设备的整洁有序等。通过制度的实施,提升了ICU医护人员的专业素质,规范ICU医护人员的工作方法,并且提高了仪器的使用率、安全有效性与管理水平。ICU is a ward for the treatment of critically ill patients.It contains a large number of precision first-aid instruments.To ensure the normal operation of these devices is the prerequisite to save lives. Combined with their own work practice,the author analyzes the hidden dangers of ICU instruments and equipment. And put forward relevant measures,ICU equipment safety management and use of such as： perfect management system; strengthen staff skills training; strengthen internal communication; ensure ICU ward and equipment clean and orderly.Through the implementation of the system,improve the professional quality of ICU medical staff,standardize the working methods of ICU medical staff,and improve the utilization rate,safety,effectiveness and management level of the instrument.
