摘 要:传统系统存在测试不准确问题,无法满足人们对电磁干扰精准测试的要求,提出大功率高压变频器电磁干扰源自动测试系统的设计可解决该问题。根据自动测试内容,构建系统硬件框图,并按照相关规定对自动测试结果数据进行处理与分析。利用接口总线控制干扰信号,通过功率放大器将干扰信号变大,并设计离线式变换器,完成信号干扰源测试硬件部分的构建;利用图形化编程语言C的开发环境设计系统软件。通过实验验证,得出实验结果,传统系统的电磁干扰源测试幅度平均约在45V^90V之间。改进系统的电磁干扰源测试幅度平均约在60V^83V之间。实验结果表明,该系统测试准确率较高,可满足高精准测试的标准。The traditional system is not accurate enough to meet the requirements of precise testing for electromagnetic interference.It is proposed that the design of the automatic test system for the electromagnetic interference source of high-power high-voltage inverter can solve this problem. According to the automatic test content,the system hardware block diagram is constructed,and the automatic test results data are processed and analyzed according to the relevant regulations.The interface bus is used to control the interference signal,and the interference signal is increased by the power amplifier.The off-line converter is designed to complete the hardware part of the signal interference test,and the system software is designed with the development environment of the graphical programming language C.The experimental results show that the average test amplitude of the electromagnetic interference source of the traditional system is about 45 V ~ 90 V.The average test amplitude of the EMI source in the improved system is about 60 V ~ 83 V.The experimental results show that the system has high accuracy and can meet the standard of high precision test.
