摘 要:激光熔覆是利用高能量、高密度的激光束将粉末熔化,在基体表面形成一种冶金结合面,其作为一种表面改性技术,已经得到了广泛的应用。生物陶瓷因其物理、化学性质稳定,而且具有良好的生物活性和生物相容性,利用激光熔覆在金属表面制备一层生物陶瓷涂层成为研究的热点。主要对激光熔覆制备生物陶瓷涂层中材料、梯度涂层设计、工艺的研究进行了阐述,为其应用提供更多的指导。The high energy and high density laser beam were used to melt the powder in the laser cladding, and then a metallurgy bonding surface appears on the surface of the substrate. Laser cladding which was taken as a surface modification technology, was widely used in different fields. Because of the stability of physical and chemical properties of bioceramic coatings, and the better biological activity and biocompatibility, the bioceramic coating on metal surface prepared by laser cladding becomes the research hotspot. The research of materials, design of gradient coating and process in the preparation of bioceramic coatings by laser cladding were elaborated, which can provide more guidances for its application.
