摘 要:对汽车耐磨挡片的热处理工艺进行了改进,将40Cr钢的调质工艺改为20Mn2钢的淬火工艺,并对改进后工艺的显微组织和力学性能进行了分析。结果表明:20Mn2钢采用880℃×60 min+250℃×90 min的热处理工艺时,其硬度为38 HRC、抗拉强度1042 MPa、屈服强度773 MPa、断后伸长率14.1%、冲击韧性93.6 J·cm^-2,显微组织为板条状马氏体。在载荷120 N、转速300 r/min、时间900 s的磨损条件下,其耐磨性能是原工艺的1.7倍,具有良好的技术和经济效益。The heat treatment process of automobile wear resisting block was improved. The quenching and tempering process of 40 Cr steel was changed into quenching process of 20 Mn2 steel. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the improved process were analyzed. The results show when the heat treatment process of 880 ℃×60 min+250 ℃×90 min is adopted. The hardness is 38 HRC, the tensile strength is 1042 MPa, the yield strength is 773 MPa, the elongation is 14.1%, the impact toughness is 93.6 J·cm^-2 and the microstructure is lath martensite. Under the wear conditions of 120 N, 300 r/min and900 s running time, its wear resistance is 1.7 times than that of the original process. It has good technical and economic benefits.
