摘  要:通过显微组织观察,拉伸性能、硬度、冲击性能的测定和冲击断口分析,研究了不同回火温度对淬火态40CrNiMoA钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着回火温度的提高,40CrNiMoA钢显微组织中粗大板条马氏体逐渐分解的同时碳化物集聚并长大,组织由最初淬火态的马氏体逐渐转变为回火索氏体;40CrNiMoA钢的强度、硬度呈下降趋势,塑性和韧性呈上升趋势。The effects of tempering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of quenched 40 CrNiMoA steel were studied by means of microstructure observation, tensile property, hardness, impact property measurement and impact fracture analysis. The results show that, with the increase of tempering temperature, the coarse lath martensite in the microstructure of 40 CrNiMoA steel is gradually decomposed and the carbide accumulates and grows, which changes from quenched martensite to tempered sorbite. And the strength and hardness of 40 CrNiMoA steel decrease, and the ductility and toughness increase.
