摘  要:针对减速器偏航小齿断裂现象,应用直读光谱仪、拉伸试验机、冲击试验机、显微硬度计、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等分析测试手段,通过对其进行宏观形貌、化学成分、拉伸性能、冲击性能、硬度、低倍形貌、微观组织等一系列分析研究,分析了减速器偏航小齿断裂失效的原因,提出针对性预防和改进措施。结果表明:减速器偏航小齿发生断裂失效,是由于齿轮热加工处理不当,导致材料脆性增加,冲击韧性大大降低,在齿轮长期受到冲击载荷的情况下就容易发生断裂。此外,原材料中Mo含量偏低,亦是减速器偏航小齿的薄弱环节。Aiming at the fracture phenomenon of reducer yaw tooth, direct reading spectrometer, tensile tester, impact tester, microhardness tester, metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and other analytical and testing methods were used. Through a series of analysis and research on its macroscopic morphology, chemical composition, tensile property, impact property, hardness, low morphology, microstructure and so on, the causes of the fracture failure of the reducer yaw teeth were analyzed. The measures of prevention and improvement were put forward. The results show that, the failure of reducer yaw tooth fracture is due to the improper heat treatment of gear, which leads to the increase of material brittleness and the decrease of impact toughness. It is easy to fracture when gear is subjected to impact load for a long time. In addition, the low content of Mo in raw materials is also a weak link of the reducer yaw teeth.
