摘  要:以石首长江公路大桥Z5号主塔承台为实际工程背景,对深水高墩承台施工常用的双壁钢吊箱的设计分下放工况、浇筑封底混凝土工况、钢吊箱内抽水工况、分层浇筑工况等采用有限元软件进行分析计算,对其施工过程中出现的问题进行分析,以便对后续双壁钢吊箱的设计与施工提供实践参考。Taking the ZS# main tower cap of Shishou Yangtze River Highway Bridge as the practical engineering background, using the finite element software, this paper analyzed and calculated the design devolution working condition of double wall steel hanging box commonly used in deep water high pier cap construction, the concrete working condition in pouring bottom sealing, the pumping working condition in the steel hanging box,the working condition of the layered pouring. It also analyzed the problems in the construction process, which provided the practical references for the design and construction of the subsequent double wall steel hanging box.
