摘　　要：目的探讨马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗子宫收缩乏力的临床效果,为子宫收缩乏力的治疗提供理论依据。方法选取2017年1-6月该院诊治的子宫收缩乏力产妇384例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各192例。观察组应用马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗,对照组单纯应用缩宫素治疗,统计分析两组患者的临床效果、产后出血量、应激反应及不良反应发生率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率及平均产后出血量与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率及用药期间应激反应发生率与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论马来酸麦角新碱联合缩宫素治疗子宫收缩乏力的临床效果确切,可有效控制子宫收缩乏力患者产后出血量,且应激反应及不良反应较少,可作为子宫收缩乏力患者的首选用药方案。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ergometrine maleate combined with oxytocin in treatment of uterine atony,provide a theoretical basis for treatment of uterine atony. Methods From January to June in 2017,384 patients with uterine atony diagnosed and treated in West China-Guang ＇an Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group,192 patients in each group. The patients in observation group were treated by ergometrine maleate combined with oxytocin,and the patients in control group were treated by oxytocin. The clinical effects,the amounts of postpartum hemorrhage,incidence rates of stress reactions and adverse reactions in the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results There were statistically significant differences in the total effective rate,the average amount of postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups（ P0. 05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rates of adverse reactions and stress reactions during treatment between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of ergometrine maleate combined with oxytocin in treatment of uterine atony is exact,the treatment can effectively control the amount of postpartum hemorrhage with less stress reactions and adverse reactions,which can be used as the preferred therapy of patients with uterine atony.
