孕早期孕妇心理健康现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解孕早期孕妇心理健康现状并探索其影响因素,旨在为孕期保健提供科学依据。方法采取面访式一对一的问卷调查,回收有效问卷653份,问卷回收有效率96.0%。主要调查内容包括基本情况(年龄、职业、文化程度、家庭月收入、身高、体质量、产次、不良妊娠史、孕早期相关症状)、身体运动量评估(国际体力活动问卷长卷测量)和心理健康测评(爱丁堡产后抑郁量表)。结果通过爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)的筛查,本研究中共有84名孕妇(12.9%)心理健康差;同时孕妇文化程度、家庭月收入及孕早期症状与孕早期心理健康相关(P<0.05)。结论孕妇孕早期存在不同程度的心理问题,并受多种因素影响,应及早予以有效的心理干预,促进母婴健康。Objective To understand the status of psychological health in pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy,explore the influencing factors,and provide a scientific basis for gestational health care. Methods According to face-to-face questionnaire survey,653 valid questionnaires were collected,the efficiency rate was 96. 0%. The main contents of the survey included basic information（ age,occupation,educational level,family monthly income,height,weight,parity,adverse pregnancy history,and early pregnancy-related symptoms）,physical exercise assessment（ International Physical Activity Questionnaire）,and psychological health assessment（ Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale）. Results Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale showed that there were 84 pregnant women（ 12. 9%） with poor psychological health,maternal educational level,family monthly income,and early pregnancy-related symptoms were related to psychological health of pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy have psychological problems of different degrees,which are influenced by a variety of factors. Early and effective psychological intervention should be implemented to promote the health of mothers and children.
