手术室整体护理应用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者价值评价

摘　　要：目的对手术室整体护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折中的应用价值进行探讨。方法取500例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者参与此次研究,患者均于2016年1月至2018年1月入院进行治疗。随机均等分组,对照组予以常规手术室护理,共250例;实验组予以手术室整体护理,共250例。观察两组患者的护理情况,对两组患者的手术时间、住院时间、护理满意度、术后并发症进行比较。结果实验组的手术时间、住院时间较短,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义;实验组的护理满意度较高,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义;实验组的术后并发症发生率较低,数据对比所得P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论对老年股骨粗隆间骨折手术患者实施手术室整体护理,可有效提高患者的手术治疗效率,提高手术安全性。Objective To investigate the value of overall nursing of operating room in intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly. Methods All patients were admitted to hospital for treatment from January 2016 to January 2018. Randomly divided into groups, the control group was treated with conventional operating room, a total of 250 patients; the experimental group to the operating room overall care, a total of 250 patients. The nursing status of the two groups of patients was observed. The operation time, length of stay, nursing satisfaction, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The operative time and length of stay in the experimental group were shorter, and the data obtained were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher, and the data obtained was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The holistic nursing of operating room for elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture can effectively improve the efficiency of surgical treatment and improve the safety of operation.
