摘　　要：近年来,随着我国"二孩"政策的实施,高龄孕产妇将相对集中地出现,随着年龄的增长,其生理机能逐渐减退,长期临床研究表明,高龄孕妇在妊娠期间常伴有心脏病、高血压病、糖尿病、重症肝炎及甲状腺等疾病,且随着孕妇年龄不断增加,上述疾病的发病率以及孕妇自身的风险程度也会增加,最终在影响孕妇生活质量及身心健康的同时,还可能威胁到母胎生命安全,增加孕产妇死亡率。明确高龄孕产妇所存在的风险,减少高龄孕产妇带来的相关母儿不良结局,加强孕前和孕期筛查、监测,进行及时有效的干预,完善备孕妇女孕前疾病的咨询评估,在孕妇妊娠期间对其原发病情进行监测分析,并根据其自身情况选择相应的支持治疗及药物治疗方案,减少各类并发症疾病的产生,同时针对合并症较为严重的高龄产妇需结合其自身情况选择合理的终止妊娠的方式及时机。这是保障高龄孕产妇健康、降低高危儿发生率、提高产科质量的关键。In recent years, with the implementation of our ＂two-child＂ policy, pregnant women and mothers in old age will appear relatively intensively. With the increase of age, its physiological function gradually declines, which can lead to a gradual increase in the incidence of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, severe hepatitis and thyroid diseases. And age is often an independent risk factor for these diseases, and there is a certain correlation with the prognosis. Serious cases can endanger the lives of mothers and children and increase maternal mortality. Identifying the risks of maternal and childbearing motherhood, reducing the adverse outcomes of maternal and maternal diseases caused by maternal and childbearing mothers, strengthening pre-pregnancy and pregnancy screening and monitoring, conducting timely and effective interventions, improving the counseling and evaluation of prepregnancy diseases for pregnant women, grasping the indications and timing of appropriate pregnancy, paying attention to the monitoring of the original disease condition during pregnancy, giving necessary support or medical treatment to reduce maternal and child complications for patients with indications for treatment, doing a good job in planning the delivery during the term of delivery and considering the timing and method of termination of pregnancy based on the degree of illness and obstetric conditions, this is the key to safeguarding the health of pregnant women and maternal age, reducing the incidence of high-risk infants and improving the quality of obstetrics.
