摘  要:在染料生产过程中会产生大量的有色废水,若不处理直接排放,则会对环境造成严重的生态污染。本研究选用膨润土为吸附剂吸附水中的染料,在染料溶液浓度一定的条件下,考察了吸附剂用量与吸附时间倒数的关系。将吸附有染料的吸附剂作为一种“颜料”,用于水性涂料和油墨的着色。结果表明,采用本方法获得的“颜料”在涂料和油墨中具有色彩艳丽的特点,并具有一定的着色力。A large volume of colored wastewater is generated during the dye production, which is harmful to the environment if it is discharged directly without any treatment. In this paper, the bentonite was used as the adsorbent to absorb the dyes in the water. The correlation between the dosage of the adsorbent and the reciprocal of the adsorption time was investigated under the condition of the certain concentration of the dye solution, the colored adsorbent was treated as ‘pigment' for coloring the water-based paint and ink. The results showed that the‘pigment' was beautifully colored in both the paint and ink, meanwhile it had the tinting power.
