摘　　要：易分散颜料就是颜料能够经过简单的机械搅拌就可以均匀分散在应用体系里，其分散效率高，使用的能量少。颜料制作商必须在生产的过程中，预先将颜料分散到最佳的状态，再将此最佳状态予以保护，因此在应用时能充分地、快速地再湿润，达到理想的分散效果。一般而言都是将颜料浆液与分散剂、添加剂、填充料在水或溶剂均匀混合，过滤，干燥，制得易分散颜料。Easily dispersed pigment can be uniformly dispersed in the application system via simple mechanical agitation. High dispersion deficiency can be achieved with less energy. The optimum dispersed state of the pigment can be achieved during the production and then protected so that it can be re-wetted and re-dispersed quickly and completely to obtain an ideal dispersion effect. In general, the easily dispersed pigment is made through the homogenous mixing of the pigment slurry with the dispersant, additive and extender in the water or solvent, then filtered and dried.
