养正消积胶囊联合XELOX疗法对晚期恶性消化道肿瘤患者T细胞亚群及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨养正消积胶囊联合XELOX疗法对晚期恶性消化道肿瘤(AGC)患者T细胞亚群及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2013年6月至2016年6月济南市市中区人民医院收治的AGC患者100例,依据治疗方法分为XELOX组和联合组,每组50例,XELOX组给予XELOX疗法治疗,联合组在此基础上给予养正消积胶囊治疗。结果:联合组治疗有效率明显高于XELOX组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组治疗后CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+//CD_8^+水平明显高于XELOX组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);联合组骨髄抑制、胃肠等不良反应发生率明显低于XELOX组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);联合组治疗后生活质量量表(QOL)得分和生存率明显高于XELOX组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养正消积胶囊联合XELOX疗法可有效改善AGC患者免疫功能,减少化疗毒副作用。Objective To discuss the efficacy of yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined XELOX therapy for the T-lymphocyte subset and quality of life in patients with advanced gastrointestine carcinoma（AGC）.Methods 100 patients with AGC were selected from June 2013 to June 2016 in the People′s Hospital of the Central District of Ji′nan City,according to the treatment method,all patients were divided into XELOX group and combined group,50 cases in each group,XELOX group was treated with XELOX therapy,combined group on the basis was treated with yangzhengxiaoji capsule therapy.Results The therapeutic response rate of combined group was significantly higher than that of XELOX group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The CD3＋,CD4＋,CD4＋/CD8＋ levels after treatment of combined group were significantly higher than those of XELOX group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal adverse reaction rates of combined group were significantly lower than those of XELOX group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The quality of life scale（QOL） scores after treatment and survival rate of combined group were significantly higher than those of XELOX group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yangzhengxiaoji capsule combined XELOX therapy can effectively improve the immune function and decrease the chemical toxic and side effect in patients with AGC.
