摘　　要：通过借鉴一流化工园区的封闭化管理经验以及国内的法律和规范,提出了三种当公路穿越化工园区时的封闭化管理方式,并对每种方式的优缺点、适用条件及重点注意事项进行了总结,通过结合案例比选了最优的封闭化管理方案,对此类化工园区的封闭化管理具有指导性意义。Through learning closed management experience of the first-class chemical industry parks and domestic laws and norms, this paper puts forward three closed management methods when highway across the chemical industry park, each of which summarizes the advantages and disadvantages, applicable conditions and the implementation of the key considerations, and then compares and selects the optimal closed management scheme for the case. This paper is instructive and meaningful to choose the closed management scheme of this kind of chemical industrial park.
