摘 要:目的对两种元素的测定方法进行改进,以能够同时测定生活饮用水中铅和硒两种元素。方法基于双道原子荧光分光光度计能够同时测定两种元素的优势,参考生活饮用水卫生标准,研究不同浓度的酸度、载流、还原剂等实验条件的影响,测定了铅和硒的检出限,并优化测定条件,最终使用铅和硒的有证环境样品,配制成混合样品进行测定结果的确认,使水中铅和硒的测定荧光值和相关系数达到预期的要求。结果铅和硒的检出限均低于国标检出限;环境样品的测定结果均在允许范围之内,结果准确。结论生活饮用水中的铅和硒可以同时进行测定,方法切实可行。Objective To improve the determination of two elements, in order to give a simultaneous determination of two elements in lead and selenium in drinking water. Methods Based on the advantages of double channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer in simultaneous determination of two elements and referring to the sanitary standards of drinking water, the effects of different concentrations of acidity,current carrier and reductant on the experimental conditions were studied. The detection limits of lead and selenium were determined, and the determination conditions were optimized. Finally, the certified environmental samples of lead and selenium were used. The fluorescence values and correlation coefficients of lead and selenium in water could meet the expected requirements. Results The detection limits of lead and selenium were lower than those of national standard, and the results of environmental samples were within the allowable range, and the results were accurate. Conclusion Lead and selenium in drinking water can be determined simultaneously, and the method is practicable.
